Nowe Swojczyce is a residential development project in Poland. We created a website and identity that sell one specific residential complex: the apartments, the location and the lifestyle the neighborhood offers.

Unlike a property catalog, the job here is to sell a single project. The website had to create the feeling of a future home, present the location, floor plans and advantages, and collect viewing and booking requests.

We designed the site around one emotion — "this is where I want to live": visuals, location, advantages.

A new-build landing page is a genre of its own. What decides the outcome: renders, honest information about the location and infrastructure, clear floor plans and a simple booking form. A strong project brand — name, style, a unified visual world — raises perceived value and helps sell apartments at a higher price.

A project landing page starts at €300; with identity and extended functionality, we quote individually.

Yes. We can create the brand name, logo, visual identity and website as one system — so the project feels cohesive.
