Selling only through marketplaces and Instagram means living by someone else's rules, fees and sudden bans. Your own store is your asset: the customers, orders and data belong to you. But a template store thrown together over a weekend does not sell — it loads slowly, loses buyers on the way to checkout and falls apart on mobile, which is exactly where most of your orders come from today.

We build online stores on Shopify and WordPress (WooCommerce): catalog and product pages, cart and checkout, payments and shipping, sales analytics and on-page SEO basics. Every step of the buyer journey is designed to move people toward the order, not just to display products. Shipped stores include perfume and confectionery brands — niches where presentation and trust decide the sale.

Store pricing depends on scope — catalog size, integrations, payment setup — so we do not throw out a random starting figure. After a short brief you get an exact quote, fixed before work begins together with the launch timeline. No surprise line items mid-project: you know upfront what the store costs and when it starts taking orders, and that number does not move.

HeadPills works online across Europe in English, Polish, Ukrainian and Russian, with 25+ shipped projects across e-commerce, food, beauty and other niches. We stay after launch too — support, updates and growth. Browse the live work in our portfolio, then tell us what you sell, and we will come back with a plan and a fixed quote.

01.

How much does an online store cost?

It depends on catalog size, integrations and features, which is why we do not quote a vague starting price. After a short brief you get an exact figure, fixed before work begins — and it does not change mid-project. No hidden fees at any stage of the build.

02.

Shopify or WooCommerce — which should I choose?

Shopify gets you live fast with reliable hosting and an easy admin, in exchange for a monthly platform fee. WooCommerce on WordPress gives full control and flexibility with no platform fee, but needs a bit more maintenance. We recommend one after learning your product and plans.

03.

How long does it take to build an online store?

It depends on catalog size and integrations. We fix the exact timeline together with the quote before work starts, so you know your launch date in advance. Smaller stores go live quickly; large catalogs need more time for content and testing.

04.

What is included in e-commerce development?

Structure and design, catalog and product pages, cart and checkout, payment and shipping setup, sales analytics and on-page SEO basics. You get a store ready to take orders on day one — not a half-finished build that needs another month of fixes.

05.

Can I manage products and prices myself?

Yes — that is a baseline requirement for every store we ship. Both Shopify and WooCommerce give you a friendly admin: products, prices, stock and promotions are all yours to manage without a developer. We walk you through it all after launch.
